I appreciated that the appointment started with a mini consultation so that we could discuss current symptoms (I am dealing with a sciatica flare up) and Gary could explain his technique. The massage was extremely relaxing and it was obvious that Gary has great awareness and adeptness in his practice. I would definitely recommend his services (I got a 90 min massage) and hope to visit again soon.
