Sonja is a State-Certified Massage Therapist. She completed her certification at The Royal Touch Massage School in Los Gatos, California.
The Royal Touch Massage is a specific combination of acupressure, circulatory massage, and myofascial release that helps to release the muscle spasm and thereby reduce pain.
She is a Craniosacral Therapist with advanced training by the Upledger Institute. She obtained basic training in Lymph Drainage Therapy as taught by Bruno Chikly, MD, DO.
Sonja aspires to use the most effective techniques to help stop pain and enhance general health. Gary is a State-Certified Massage Practitioner. He trained at the Healing Arts Institute in Citrus Heights. He enjoys helping people, and gets excellent results using a combination of Royal Touch accupressure, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Sports, customized for each patient. Gary prides himself on understanding your needs and tailors each massage to best meet them.
